The
Fulton County YMCA, Gloversville Branch, houses a Men's Residence, with
average occupancy dormitory filled to 100% capacity.
In keeping with the YMCA
traditions, our Residency Program assists the community in housing the
homeless, and working poor, at an affordable price. We also provide Case
Management services for those who need them. With the help of funding
provided by the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability
Assistance, Homeless Housing Assistance Program, we have been able to
completely renovate our Dormitory, and add handicap access. Our Dormitory
is completely remodeled, and the photos below will give you an idea of
what a difference renovations have made. Our building was built in 1913.
