Free Thai Massage Demonstrations
As part of their Business of the Month partnership, Amsterdam Chiropractic & Massage will be offering FREE Thai Massage Demonstrations at the Fulton County YMCA throughout June.

Thai massage is an energizing and therapeutic style of bodywork that combines assisted stretching, rhythmic pressure, and mindful movement to help the body feel balanced, restored, and more mobile.
Often referred to as "lazy yoga," Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a comfortable mat. During the session, the practitioner gently guides the body through a series of stretches while applying pressure to muscles, joints, and energy lines throughout the body.
