The Fulton County YMCA is currently seeking a Director of Finance to join our leadership team in Johnstown, NY. This full-time, exempt position plays a key role in guiding the Y’s financial strategy, supporting organizational decision-making, and ensuring strong financial systems that help advance our mission and strengthen our community. The Director of Finance serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and provides leadership in budgeting, financial operations, compliance, and long-term planning.
