Free Swim Lessons Through the NY SWIMS Initiative

The Fulton County YMCA is proud to partner with our local school districts to provide free swim lessons through Governor Kathy Hochul's NY SWIMS Initiative and the New York State Department of Health.

Scholarships are being distributed directly through participating school districts to eligible families. If your family has been selected, your school will provide you with information about registering for lessons at the YMCA.

Together, we're helping more children gain the confidence and lifesaving skills they need to be safe around water.
