Join us on Saturday, May 30 at 12PM for Supplement Science 101, a free educational session designed to break down the basics of popular fitness supplements. This course will focus on protein, creatine, and fat burners, helping you better understand what they are, how they work, and whether they align with your personal wellness goals.

With so much conflicting information online, it can be difficult to separate fact from fiction. This session is designed to cut through the noise—no hype, just practical, science-based guidance. You’ll learn how to:

  • Identify supplements that may support your fitness routine

  • Understand ingredient labels and product quality

  • Make informed decisions that support long-term health

This class is part of the Y’s ongoing commitment to supporting everyday wellness through balanced nutrition, proper hydration, and realistic lifestyle habits.
