Moving for Better Balance Program
Staying active and confident in your movement is an important part of healthy, independent living. This spring, the Fulton County YMCA is excited to offer Moving for Better Balance, a proven program designed to help you feel stronger, steadier, and safer in your everyday life.
Y Book Club
The Fulton County YMCA is excited to invite our community to a new monthly gathering designed for readers of all kinds—The Y Book Club.
Lifeguard Certification
The Fulton County YMCA is now offering American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification—a nationally recognized training program designed to prepare teens and adults for leadership, lifesaving, and employment in an aquatic environment.
American Heart Month
Every February, we observe American Heart Month, a nationwide effort to raise awareness about heart health and encourage heart-healthy living. At the Fulton County YMCA, we believe that a healthy heart is at the center of healthy lives, families, and communities — and we’re proud to support our members and neighbors as they take positive steps toward stronger hearts.
Lunch & Learn- February
This free presentation will take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Y and is designed to help participants better understand practical techniques for improving comfort, alignment, and movement.
Gym Footwear Information
During winter months, members are asked to change into clean athletic shoes for workouts and programs. This helps keep our floors safe, dry, and well-maintained for all who use the facility.
Beat the Winter Blues Series: Video 1
Led by Wellness Director Valentina Giardi, this video series is designed to help you keep moving, boost your mood, and stay connected to your YMCA family—no matter the weather.

Updated Operating Hours
Please note that as of January 1, 2026, certain areas of our facility will NOT close 15 minutes prior to close. This includes pool. wellness center and gymnasium.
Adaptive Swim Programs
The Adaptive Swim Program supports youth with autism, anxiety, sensory needs, motor challenges, and other developmental differences.

Our new Winter 2026 session for sports, wellness, arts & humanities and aquatics begins January 5. Registration opens December 15th.
